Management Team

Mr. Foot has a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Administration from the University of Utah. He was appointed as a Trustee by the Governor to the State of Utah School and Institutional Trust Lands Administration and also serves as Chairman of the University of Utah Metallurgy Department Advisory Committee and on the Board of Directors of the University of Utah Crimson Club. Mr. Foot was formerly a Senior Consultant to McClelland Laboratories; President of Amnor Energy; President and CEO of Palladon Ventures and Palladon Iron Corporation, a publicly traded Canadian Mining Corporation; President of KnowledgeScape Systems and Worldwide Director of Minerals for EIMCO/Baker Process; President and COO of Pyramid Resources; Products Division Manager for Control International; and, a Metallurgist and Research Supervisor of Mineral Processing for the U.S. Bureau of Mines. In his 40+ years in the mineral processing industry he has authored over 100 technical publications/presentations, and holds 9 patents in mineral processing research, equipment design, and expert control systems.He has been involved in the installation and start-up of mineral processing plants world-wide, and is responisble of all Veragold operations.

After Mr. Kreis finished his education in Stuttgart, Germany, he founded his first company in the financial sector. As a specialist for Corporate Finance, Mr. Kreis has been engaged by numerous international Companies -mainly Switzerland, Austria and United Kingdom- to develop and structure financial instruments. Besides skills in organisation and structuring of financial instruments, Mr. Kreis was partner in a Swiss-based Foreign Exchange- and Commodity Trading company for nearly a decade and therefore has vast experience in the markets. He joined Veragold in 2015 as a Consultant for the Project Financing of the Mina Santa Rosa Project in Panama. Mr. Kreis, alongside with the Management Team and the Principals of Veragold Mining Company Inc., is responsible for structuring the financial operations for Veragold Group.
