  • Investor enquiry form: name, email, company, message — used exclusively to process your enquiry
  • Anonymous usage statistics via Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no personal data)

Legal Basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual necessity / pre-contractual measures) for investor enquiries, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) for server log files and anonymous analytics. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Hosting & Infrastructure

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The investor portal database is operated by Supabase Inc., hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Email delivery is handled by Resend Inc., with servers located in the EU. All providers are subject to GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that operates without cookies and without collecting any personal data. No consent banner is required. Plausible is fully GDPR-compliant. See plausible.io/privacy for details.
